Wellness Center FAQs
It is a service offered for gym memberships (excluding BASIC Membership) to gain access to the Stevens Wellness Center Gym at any time of the day or night, with or without staff present.
Once you have joined with an appropriate gym membership (excludes BASIC Membership), our Wellness Center staff will give you one key card per member to gain access after hours. If you lose your key card, the replacement will be a $10.00 charge. You can also use the barcode on your Stevens Wellness Center Mobile App to gain access.
It is a two-step process to gain access to your Mobile App.
1. Register on the Member Web Portal.
2. Download the Stevens Wellness Center Mobile App on your phone and register with the same credentials as the Member Web Portal.
Open the Stevens Wellness Center Mobile App or Member Web Portal.
On the Mobile App: Click on the “Classes” icon. It will bring up all classes by the day. Choose the class, click on “Sign Up” and then click on “Confirm”.
On the Member Web Portal: Click on “Register for Group Ex Classes” tab. It will bring up all classes. Choose the class, click on “Sign Up”, click on your name, and click on “Register”.
On the Mobile App: Click on the class you registered for, click on “Unregister”, and then click on “Confirm Unregistered”.
On the Member Web Portal: Click on “Register for Group Ex Classes” tab. It will bring up all classes. Choose the class you wish to unregister from and click on “Registered”. Then click on “(Unregister)” by your name.
Silver Sneakers is a program offered through your supplemental insurance. Prime is a program offered through certain private insurance programs.
Call your insurance to check your eligibility for SilverSneakers or Prime and enroll. You can also visit silversneakers.com/eligibility or ask your employer.
A BASIC Membership which includes the use of our indoor pools and cardiovascular and strength training equipment with no annual facility use fee.
Yes, you can upgrade to a CLUB 24-Hour (Silver + Classes) membership.
Yes, you will be charged an annual facility use fee and a monthly class charge. Please check with the Stevens Wellness Center for rates.
