At 72 years old, Lindy Segall discovered a renewed sense of energy and optimism after starting a fitness and nutrition plan with a personal trainer at the Create Healthy Wellness Center.
“Aches and pains were settling in to my long-neglected muscles. I couldn’t even tie my shoes without getting winded,” said Segall “That’s when I reached out to the wellness center and started working with Jacob.”
After just one meeting over coffee and a protein shake, Jacob Qualben, a personal trainer at the wellness center, mapped out a personalized plan for Lindy. The detailed plan included everything from meal planning to a weekly exercise schedule.
Once the work began, Jacob was there with Lindy every step of the way, offering constant encouragement and a steady dose of tips and advice to help Lindy achieve his goals and optimize his workouts. After a few short weeks, Lindy had established a sustainable fitness routine and diet that gave him more than just a way to get in shape.
“I feel great, I sleep well, and I have more energy than I’ve had in years,” said Segall. “I look forward to each and every day with renewed optimism.”
No matter your age or level of fitness, the Create Healthy Wellness Center’s personal trainers are available to craft an individualized program that works for you.
