About The Create Healthy Foundation

The Foundation for Hill Country Memorial (HCM) was created to support high quality health care and improve the lives of community members in the Hill Country. As HCM becomes part of Methodist Healthcare system, the Foundation will continue its important work in this community as a new, separate entity dedicated to ensuring improved health for Hill Country community members.

Community Health Assessment

We are actively engaged in an ongoing process to deeply understand and assess the health needs of our community. Through extensive research, data analysis, and community engagement initiatives, we aim to gain valuable insights into the pressing health challenges and priorities that exist.

Impact Investments

Our dedicated team is diligently working to identify key areas where our investments can have the greatest impact. By leveraging our findings and collaborating with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community members, we strive to develop targeted initiatives and programs that address the most critical health issues faced by our community.
